Configuring Windows XP
The following information shows you how you can configure EscapeNet dialup on your computer.
1. Open Run
Open on your Start Menu and click on Run
2. Open inetwiz
Type in inetwiz.
2. Internet Connection Wizard
Connect using your phone line should be selected by default, click Next
3. Dial-Up Connection
Create a new dial-up connection should be selected by default, click Next.
4. Internet Account Connection Information
Type in the access number as appropriate for your location, then click next
5. Internet Account Logon Information
Type in your username and password and click next.
6. Configuring Your Computer
Type in EscapeNet and click Next.
7. Setting up Email
Select Yes and click Next.
8. Server Type
Your EscapeNet email is POP3. Click Next.
9. Email Account Settings
Enter your name, email address, username, password and mail server information and click Next.
10. Congratulations
Your Dial-Up and Email have now been set up.
