EscapeNet's Voice over IP telephone service providers crystal clear telephone calls at rates well below standard telephone service providers, without the need for telephone line rental!
We can provide this service nationally, at the same cost for both metropolitan and rural users! We don't discriminate, so even customers of other Internet service providers may use our VoIP network (although we cannot guarantee the quality of service over the internet).

Things you should know
- Cost of hardware excludes postage. Express, secure postage is $10 nationally.
- While we make every effort to ensure a stable, quality service, there is no guarantee on the availability of residential VoIP services.
- Voice over IP services are not compatible with Emergency Services numbers (eg 000). EscapeNet recommends you use a normal fixed line telephone when contacting Emergency Services.
- Escape-Escape Free calls are only for voip calls, eg calling a non voip number which we provide is charged.
- Voip Starter plan is only avilable to existing EscapeNet broadband customers for an initial $10 setup fee. Additionally, there is a minimum use of $6 per quarter or it will be cancelled.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your attempted call is going over VoIP and not your fixed line telephone.
